First off I did not expect a whole lot, but at 120 bucks a person I expected at least a comfortable seat and not a fiasco which is what we got.First thing is we were told that we couldn't reserve seats but that being able to seat next to each other was promised. We come to find out depending on which office you book out of some did let people reserve seats. Luckily we got on first and secured ourselves seats. Not so lucky for others. A guardian of a 14 year old girl was told she would have to sit away from the child, because there were seats no left together, only seats left with others because they were all reserved for friends of the tour guide. So yeah if you have a younger child on this trip there is good chance they may not sit with you!!! Almost no communication or assistance from the guide, except at the end when a tip envelope was passed around, that right we were expected to tip on this joke of a bus ride. Horrible seats, DVD player but no movies ever played, and no air circulation, just b.o and smelly feet and cursing. if that sound fun go for it. There are far better alternatives to go cheap, this is not one of them.
