Sadly over the last few months every order has come to us burnt. When we called in to have the store correct the issue the first time they were rude and acted like they didn't want to make it right with us. My husband had to tell them to bring us a new order out. Very dissatisfied and will not be ordering from there again for a long time.
I've only ordered from here because my sister likes this place. I hate it. Almost always we get the wrong order, or something is under cooked. Now they've completely lost me as a customer, because when I paid them I must've accidentally given them two $20 bills instead of one. I know if it were me as the driver I would have said something. They said NOTHING. I had no idea until several hours after I had gotten home.
Online order was simple and easy. Got there to pick it up and was ignored for about 10mins from the worker in the back drinking his 2 liter of pop and jamming out to his music too loud

I had been taught one thing in customer service, ALWAYS COUNT what the customer pays you, ALWAYS COUNT the change. They apparently don't know this rule.
